Room rates are available on request and payment can be made in advance or on arrival to the cashier at the Hotel. All bills are paid in cash based on the prevailing rates in both local UGX and United States Dollar (USD).
Bookings for workshops, meetings, conferences and parties are done by paying 75% of the total bill to the cashier at the Hotel at least 2 days in advance.
In case of payments by cheque, please write the payee as GULU CRYSTAL HOTEL and pay at least 7 working days in advance to allow for the banks to clear.
Exchange rates and prices fluctuate so clients are advised to make inquiries about our rates through the contacts provided below.
Take note that cancellation of arranged booking attracts a 10% charge of the total cost and for more information, contact us through the information provided on this website.
